Our Goal: Team workshops are conducted with a combination of on-court and off-court practical instruction, drills and exercises. They are educational and interactive. Your participation is required, so ensure you dress in tennis gear ready to play! The team will finish each workshop with practical on-court applications towards more effective performance outcomes.

Our Experience: Performance Coaching at the Institute of Sport Science for Tennis is unique in that we have 25 years of experience working with over 85 tennis players ranked in the top 150 on the ATP and WTA professional tour.
